Ride Don’t Hide 2019
For the 5th year running, Pender has sponsored the Canadian Mental Health Association (CMHA) Ride Don’t Hide fund raising event. Riders, runners and walkers took off from 
Swangard Stadium to cover various distances to raise money for, and awareness about, mental health. One in five people in Canada suffers from mental health problems, and many are children and youth. The money raised will be put towards mental health programs in our community. Well done to everyone who participated, and thank you to all the volunteers.
