Thilipan Mariyan joined Pender in June 2026 as the Managing Director of Institutional Sales, where he leads the firm’s institutional sales efforts.
Thilipan brings over 10 years of experience in fundraising and investor relations within alternative investments. Previously, he co-led the investor relations and business development group at a private equity and venture capital firm.
Thilipan has a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Ryerson University.
In his free time, he enjoys trying out new restaurants around the city with friends and family.
