Pender's cycling team once again tackled the two day course from Vancouver to Seattle, raising money for ongoing research into cancer diagnosis and treatment at the BC Cancer Foundation.

Pender's Investment Team and other colleagues supported the Down Syndrome Research Foundation at their annual Up the Down Market "stimulated stock market" dinner in Vancouver. The event raised its target of at least $25,000 to support reading programs at the Foundation. Down Syndrome Research Foundation
