Arleigh joined Pender in 2021 and is currently Pender’s Director of Operations. Arleigh has worked in the asset management industry for more than 20 years. Prior to joining Pender, Arleigh worked at one of Canada’s largest pension fund managers. During her nearly 7-year tenure she held various operational roles in cash management, trade support, and private debt operations. Arleigh is a skilled operational professional specializing in capital markets, process design, and financial systems. Arleigh holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Royal Roads University.
When not working Arleigh enjoys being with her son and enjoying all the outdoors has to offer, from swimming and hiking in the summer, to skiing in the winter.
