Elle poss\u00e8de un baccalaur\u00e9at en administration des affaires de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 Wilfrid Laurier, sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans la comptabilit\u00e9 et la finance. Pendant ses ann\u00e9es universitaires, elle a occup\u00e9 des postes cl\u00e9s, notamment ceux de directrice des \u00e9v\u00e9nements et de vice-pr\u00e9sidente aux finances au sein de l\u2019\u00e9quipe des Young Women in Leadership, o\u00f9 elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 des comp\u00e9tences en planification strat\u00e9gique, en gestion budg\u00e9taire et en organisation d\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nements. Elle a \u00e9galement cofond\u00e9 le club de golf de l\u2019Universit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le cadre d\u2019un programme d\u2019\u00e9change d\u2019\u00e9tudiants, elle a pass\u00e9 un semestre \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole de commerce de l\u2019universit\u00e9 Bocconi, \u00e0 Milan, ce qui a fait na\u00eetre chez elle une passion pour les voyages et les exp\u00e9riences \u00e0 saveur mondiale.<br \/>\nDans ses moments de loisir, Mme Knodel est tr\u00e8s active et anim\u00e9e par l\u2019esprit de comp\u00e9tition; elle a pratiqu\u00e9 le volleyball de haut niveau jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa premi\u00e8re ann\u00e9e d\u2019\u00e9tudes postsecondaires.
