Elle a commenc\u00e9 sa carri\u00e8re en 1995 en tant que n\u00e9gociatrice et analyste aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une compagnie d\u2019assurance multinationale britannique, avant de se sp\u00e9cialiser dans la gestion de petites entreprises en 1998. Elle a pass\u00e9 plus de 16 ans aupr\u00e8s d\u2019une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 canadienne ind\u00e9pendante de gestion o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 responsable de mandats \u00e0 petite capitalisation, toute capitalisation et de titres choisis sur le volet. Elle est devenue co-cheffe du placement en 2015.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Elle a pris sa retraite en 2020 pour vaquer \u00e0 d\u2019autres projets et \u00e0 la gestion de placements priv\u00e9s, tout en demeurant fort impliqu\u00e9e dans les march\u00e9s publics. Elle effectue donc un retour \u00e0 temps plein \u00e0 la gestion de placements chez Pender, se joignant \u00e0 David Barr pour s\u2019occuper du Fonds d\u2019actions mondiales \u00e0 petite\/moyenne capitalisation Pender et ravivant sa passion pour les strat\u00e9gies de gestion fondamentale des actions \u00e0 titre de cheffe de la recherche en actions.\u00a0<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mme Lee poss\u00e8de un baccalaur\u00e9at en commerce de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de la Colombie-Britannique et elle a obtenu le titre de CFA en 1998.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Dans ses temps libres, elle aime faire de la course et du yoga.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Teresa Lee, CFA, joined Pender in January 2026 as Head of Equity Research and as a Portfolio Manager on the Equity team.\u00a0 Teresa brings over 25 years of investment management experience to Pender.
