VANCOUVER (C.-B.) <\/strong>Gestion de capital PenderFund lt\u00e9e (Pender<\/strong>\u201d), is a shareholder of The Leaf Group (\u201cLeaf\u201d or the \u201cCompany\u201d). Pender\u2019s response to Leaf\u2019s announcement that Graham Holdings is going to buy it for $8.50 per share, is that, while Pender generally supports a sale of Leaf, it believes that the offer of $8.50 materially undervalues the Company.<\/p>\n
